To place your order, you can simply click on the "BUY IT NOW" button. You will then be redirected to the cart page, where you need to fill in the order details (delivery address, delivery method, payment method). After successfully placing your order, you will see a notification with your order number!

Payment by card is carried out through the Bepaid service. You select a product, add it to your cart, fill out the details and click the “place an order” button.

After this, you will be redirected to a secure service page, where you will see your order number and payment amount. Enter your card details and click "Confirm Payment". After completing the payment, you will be taken to the store page. You will find a letter in the mail informing you that the status of your order has changed. If you have problems paying through Stripe, write to the manager and he will offer another payment option. For our clients from the USA, payment can be made using the PayPall service.

In order to place an order via bank transfer, you need to contact the manager. They will draw up a contract and an invoice. They contain all the information necessary for payment. Remember, you pay the bank commission for transferring money yourself. We do not accept payments in Russian and Belarusian rubles.

Production time depends on the complexity of the order and the availability of goods in stock. On average, making a simple product takes from 1 to 3 days, a little more complex one - from 3 to 5 days, and complex outfits can take up to 7 days. Production time information is included in the options for each listing.
If you have an urgent order, contact us and we will discuss the conditions individually.

We have 2 locations:

• Kyiv, Ukraine (Show room & Production)

If it is shipped from our production in Ukraine (Kyiv), then we have 2 delivery methods:

• Express delivery (DHL) takes 5-7 business days,
• Standard delivery (UPS) takes 2-3 weeks.

We also have ready-made outfits in a warehouse in the USA (Feasterville-Trevose), where delivery time in the USA will be only 1-2 business days!

Yes, for some regions there is a tax. For example, for the USA, goods worth up to $800 do not have a tax, and if the product is more expensive, the tax is calculated from the order amount.
For other regions (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, Australia) there are their own internal individual tariffs for receiving goods in advance. Unfortunately, we do not have information for each specific country, but approximately all goods below $150 are not subject to tax (or it is minimal), and if goods are more expensive, then the tax is calculated depending on the size of the cost.
